Having missed autumn/fall last year due to a long stay near the equator (work-related) I'm deeply disappointed by this years missing colours. Wish I'd have the time to fly to New England - where I used to live for a while - the Indian summer there is absolutely fantastic and I sincerely miss it each year since that time.
Thinking about it, I probably wouldn't fly to the US anyway. Heard about the new security things at the airports. If I'm gonna go there they will take my picture and my fingerprints like if I'm any common criminal. I'd feel immensely offended.
Hmmm, maybe I could fly to Canada and then cross the border by car ... If I fly early I could have over a month full of fall - starting maybe in Quebec or Montreal and slowly going down to Massachusets. Maybe could go to study a term in MIT - I passed the test a couple of years ago, shurely will be able to do it again ... Will see next summer.
